Under this project, the assignment was to conceptualize, design and develop an integrated Fire Safety Permit and Certification Management System (FSP&CMS) for the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) to digitize their service delivery and support the decentralization of fire certificate & permit application, approval and issuance.
We, as consultants of the above project, has completed the development of a records and document management system to safeguard historical data, manage grants disbursed and its subsequent repayments, improve accessibility and various documents of the Ghana Private Sector Development Facility (GPSDF) project. The system contains profiles of about 250 SMEs who applied for various credit facilities with all application, approvals as well as every single document of all beneficiary SME well kept in the system.
